4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into strips
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt (can substitute mayonnaise or sour cream)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard
1 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Mix mustard & yogurt together. Coat chicken in yogurt & mustard mixture. Dredge in Panko.
Bake 450 for 30 minutes
Serves: 4
