1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Ketchup for top
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except extra ketchup
Place in 5 muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with extra ketchup bake for 10 more minutes.
