Rolled Pork Loin - Jennifer D.

1 large Pork Roast (not tenderloin)
Small Bag Spinich
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Diced Sundried Tomatoes
3 cloves minced Garlic
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Spiral slice pork to lay flat. Mix chopped sundried tomatoes, spinich, parmesan cheese and olive oil.

Bake at 350 for 1 - 1/2 hour (20 minutes per pound)
